Our Interim Professionals

Reach provides four types of Interim Professionals.

Interim manager

Skilled leaders with enough experience to hit the ground running in the role you need to cover for a leaving leader or provide additional capacity during an intense period. We provide you with an interim manager that knows your industry and has done the role before, securing a smooth transition to your permanent solution or providing instant capacity.

Typical interim roles includes interim COO, plant managers and managers/directors in Operations, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply chain, Warehouse/Logistics, Purchasing/Procurement, R&D and supplier quality assurance.

Strategy consultant

Former management consultants creating or implementing strategies. Our consultants has a background from management consulting companies (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture etc) and/or internal consulting teams from renowned companies in your sector with successful internal consulting programs (e.g., Toyota, Scania, IKEA etc).

Typical assignments include helping you identify the financial or operational potential in your business, creating a strategy and roadmap to capture improvements and leading the transformation program to realize the needed improvements.

Implementation consultant

Implementation consultants are experienced change leaders with extraordinary ability and track record to engage your organization and implement strategies, usually combined with having a functional spike in the areas of focus. Where the strategy consultants usually work in shorter projects defining the way forward, the implementation consultants works for a longer duration in your organization ensuring you hit targets in a sustainable way.

Typical assignments include leading workstreams in transformation programs, leading the PMO, project leading the development of new factories or production lines or drive selected improvement initiatives in quality, maintenance, supply chain or digital.

Subject matter expert

Subject matter experts have deep domain expertise in functional fields such as supply chain, lean, quality, automation, digital or industry expertise.

  • Reference. We use both formal and informal references for our interim professionals.
